Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
SVIR.SE ("SVIR", "we") cares about your privacy. This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit svir.se, contact us, book a demo or use our services — including the customer portal provided on the same domain. All processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
SVIR is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. For any questions, reach us at contact@svir.se or +46 (0) 72-971 00 58.
What data we collect
- Contact and demo requests: name, company name, email address, phone number and whatever you include in your message — such as industry, system needs and goals.
- The customer portal: account details (name, email, role) and data generated when the service is used — such as call history, summaries, bookings and orders SVIR has handled for your business. Accounts are created by SVIR for our customers; self-registration is not available.
- Technical information: basic data required to run the site securely, such as IP addresses in server logs. See our cookie policy for details on cookies.
Why we process the data
- Responding to inquiries and booking demos — legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- Delivering and administering the service and customer portal — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Improving and protecting our services — legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Analytics and marketing via cookies — legal basis: your consent.
- Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting — legal basis: legal obligation.
Who can access the data
We never sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the vendors required to operate the service, and only under our instructions through data processing agreements: Vercel (hosting and cookieless visitor statistics), Resend (email delivery — when you submit a form, your details are forwarded to us as email via Resend), and — only if you have consented to analytics cookies — Google (Google Analytics). If a vendor processes data outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep the data
Data is kept no longer than necessary: inquiries for up to twelve months after our last contact, customer data for the duration of the agreement plus any period required by law (such as bookkeeping legislation).
Your rights under the GDPR
- Right of access — request confirmation and a copy of the data we hold about you.

- Right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We may update this policy, for example as the customer portal gains new features. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the most recent update at the top.
